Zwischeninnen | InSpace - A Practice for Relationships.

Staying Yourself
in Relationships
An online workshop series for women.
Inner grounding. Emotional clarity. Authentic expression.
Close relationships can bring warmth and connection - but they can also be the places, where we slowly lose our clarity, energy or sense of self.
This workshop series offers a calm, structured space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself - so relationships feel more balanced and less draining.
Who is this series for?
This series is especially suitable for 35+ women who:
-
are in relationships, separations or life transitions
-
are reflective, curious, and emotionally aware
-
want depth without group therapy
-
speak English (expats welcome).
This series is not suitable, if you are currently in acute relational crisis or looking for therapeutic processing.

About the facilitator -
Anna Kordecka, Coach & Psychologist
I work with individuals, couples, and families, with a special focus on relationships, emotional regulation, and neurodivergence.
I believe that healthy relationships create space for both the "I" and the "we". Finding a personal balance between autonomy and connection allows us to grow, develop, and feel truly at home with ourselves and others.
My work combines evidence-based psychology with a respectful, grounded approach that values clarity, safety, and self-connection.
