Zwischeninnen | InSpace - A Practice for Relationships.

About me
I am a psychologist with further training in couple therapy and systemic coaching (ORSC). At the core of my work is the shaping of relationships – in partnerships, families, professional contexts, and in the relationship with oneself.
I work in an evidence-based and relationship-oriented way. What matters to me is a respectful and clear understanding of emotional and communicative dynamics, as well as the individual needs of everyone involved. I support individuals, couples, and families in understanding patterns, developing new perspectives, and finding forms of closeness, boundaries, and cooperation that feel authentic and sustainable.
My work is characterized by empathy, clarity, and the conviction that resilient relationships emerge when differences are acknowledged, needs are taken seriously, and boundaries are respected.
My Story
After completing my degree in psychology, I worked for several years as a project manager, team manager, and leader. During this time, I learned how crucial relationship quality, communication, and role clarity are – also in professional settings.
Psychological knowledge helped me co-create work environments in which people feel seen, take responsibility, and remain connected with one another. These experiences continue to shape my work today.
With the birth of my third child, I decided to fully return to my original passion: supporting people in different life and relationship contexts. I work with individuals, couples, and families – many of whom identify as neurodivergent or suspect they may be – and I deeply value the diversity of lived realities I encounter.
I am a federally recognised psychologist (BAG, Switzerland) and combine solid psychological training with systemic and relationship-oriented approaches. My professional focus lies in working with individuals, couples and families across different relationship contexts, including the context of neurodivergence.
