About me
I'm Ania Kordecka - psychologist and systemic couples therapist.
I work in an evidence-based and relationship-oriented way.
That means I don't just look at you alone - I look at you in your relationships.
At what happens between you. At the dynamics that connect you or pull you apart.
What matters to me is that relationships become mutually supportive - that there's room for individual needs and for genuine togetherness.
Not one at expense of the other.
I work with individuals, couples and families to find - or rediscover - exactly that.

My Story
I studied psychology - and then spent years working as a leader. Project manager, team manager, someone who guided large teams through complex transitions. I learned early how decisive relationship, communication and role clarity are - not just in private life, but everywhere people work and live together.
When my third child was born, I made a decision to do what I had always wanted most: to accompany people in their relationships. Not as a coach of quick fixes. As someone who understands how patterns form - and how they can change.
I'm also a mother, a migrant, someone who knows what it feels like to arrive in a new country and spend a while figuring out which version of yourself came with you. That shapes how I listen.
I am a federally recognised psychologist (BAG, Switzerland) and combine solid psychological training with systemic and relationship-oriented approaches. My professional focus lies in working with individuals, couples and families across different relationship contexts, including the context of neurodivergence.
